I am so happy to be a member of the Marshall + Ostop Team. As a lifelong Hartford-area resident, I love selling homes where four generations of my family have been raised.
I graduated from the Kingswood Oxford School, here in West Hartford, where I was a member of the second class of 6th graders (Upper Prep). I graduated from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD with a double major in Art with an Art History Concentration and Historic Preservation. My childhood dream was to restore old homes a lá Bob Vila and This Old House. My love of homes and architecture started at a young age with legos and 1980’s home improvement shows.
I am always a fan of looking at homes or, as I like to call it, house shopping. I do not believe in rushing a client to make a purchase, but instead believe the right house is out there, it just might take time to find it. I like to offer suggestions about how homes can be redesigned and rehabbed, having done that in my own home. My dream homes are beautifully restored mid-century modern or shingle-style beachside homes.
I have been married to my husband Josh for over 20 years and together we have 2 sons, Elliott and Isaac, and two dogs, Griffin and Poppy. Josh is a West Hartford local and like our children, attended Norfeldt and King Philip Middle School. Both he and our son Elliott are also Hall High graduates.
